Job Description:
  1. Research, application, design, and development of power batteries.
  2. Failure analysis, mechanism research, characterization, and improvement of power batteries.
  3. Research and resolution of key technical issues related to cathode materials, anode materials, separators, electrolytes, and other chemical systems.
  4. Conduct in-depth research on technical points of power battery products and develop competitive solutions to enhance product competitiveness.
  5. Interface with customer requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.

Job Requirements:
  1. PhD degree.
  2. Background in Materials Science, Physical Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields (preferably with experience in lithium battery research; materials, electrochemistry, chemistry, physics, engineering, numerical analysis, applied mathematics, reliability engineering, etc.). Outstanding non-engineering candidates may also be considered.
  3. Excellent English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing); proficiency in German or Japanese is a plus.
  4. Preferred skills and experience:
  5. Significant research achievements, including first-author scientific papers and patents, and awards related to technological innovation.
  6. Experience in electrochemical simulation, structural simulation, and thermal simulation.
  7. Proficiency in scientific engineering methods and their practical application.
  8. Talent in interdisciplinary fields combining electrochemistry with other sciences (mathematics, computer science, etc.).
  9. Familiarity with characterization, analysis, and testing methods for lithium-ion batteries and related materials.
  10. Clear logical thinking, quick reflexes, strong self-motivation, effective communication skills, and a willingness to work hard.
