Bookkeeper (Full-time)

Oak Garden (CNDE) Holdings GmbH is a dynamic company active in various fields between Germany and China, particularly in real estate development and e-commerce. We retail high-quality household products on major platforms like Amazon, Otto, and Kaufland, and enable other companies to enter the European market through our extensive partner network. We combine innovation with quality and are now looking for a dedicated bookkeeper to support us in managing the financial aspects of these projects.

Bookkeeper (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Manage bookkeeping tasks in close collaboration with the Managing Director
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and ensure proper accounting controls
• Oversee and manage payment processes
• Support with account reconciliation and document sorting
• Act as a point of contact for financial and accounting queries

Qualifications:

• Relevant education or degree in accounting or finance
• Several years of experience in accounting, ideally with knowledge in balance sheet accounting and payroll
• Proficiency in common accounting software
• Good command of German, Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
• Reliable, structured, and detail-oriented working style
• High level of responsibility and precision
