Admin &HR Specialist
HR management:
1. Recruitment.Develop recruitment channels, release recruitment information, screen resumes and interview candidates.
2. Handle the employee's employment, resignation, transfer and other related work.
3. New employee training.Implement and follow up the training plan for new employees according to the department's training plan.
4. Assist to count and check the attendance data of local employees, and submit them to China every month 。
Administrative daily work
1. Be responsible for the procurement, distribution, storage and inventory of daily office supplies, fixed assets and other materials; be responsible for the management of office equipment and fixed assets.
2. Management of administrative expenses.Responsible for the payment, reimbursement and statistics of all administrative expenses.
3. Assist the finance department to sort out and file the documents for the daily reimbursement of employees, as well as the training related to the financial process of the group.
4, responsible for the reception of visitors, staff hotel reservations, and accommodation arrangements
5. Be responsible for office environment management.Be responsible for daily maintenance and management of office environmental sanitation
Qualifications:
1. Education background: majors are not limited;
2. Language requirements: Proficiency in German listening, speaking, reading and writing, proficiency in English or Mandarin;
3, Office software: skilled use of office software, PPT, WORD, Excel
4, Experience requirements: human resources, administrative or financial work experience
5, Good communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility
6. A driver's license is preferred.
7. This post requires to be on duty as soon as possible.
Benefits:
Monthly salary: 3500-4000 euros
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8: 30-17: 30
