Description

We are looking for new colleagues to join our team within Lithium-Ion Battery or Magnetic materials for our location in Offenbach am Main, Germany - home office model as an option.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has experience and understanding of developing strong relationships with customers in field of Li-Ion battery or magnetic materials.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to gain business in Li-Ion battery or magnetic material related market
  • Acquire and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. mid-year sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests

Qualifications

  • Excellent in English and German verbal and written capabilities.
  • Min. 1 year of sales experience in battery or magnetic material
  • Min. bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics related majors
  • Proven work experience as an (Key) Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Business Development Manager or relevant role
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Experience in dealing with EU customers
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues
  • Solid experience with IT systems (MS Excel, Office365)
  • Team player within an international team
