Program Manager
Your tasks
- self-dependent management of programs during the acquisition phase and potentially until start of production
- verification and securement of program targets regarding timing, cost, and quality according to automotive standards
- maintain program related internal and external communication
- control and report program status
- plan and steer multiple programs
- lead the global program team
- escalation management of critical topics
Your profile
- technical university degree
- minimum of 5 years working experience as program manager in the automotive industry
- solid knowledge of quality management, incl. methods such as APQP, PPAP and FMEA
- analytical and service oriented working style, strong communication skills
- fluent Chinese language skills (mandatory!), good English communication skills, German language skills are a plus
- ability and willingness to travel
