Our Client is a worldwide leading supplier of electrical and electromechanical components to the DC (直流) applications. The most important applications are e-mobility (电动车)and renewable energies (再生能源).To support their fast growth business and ambitious goal in China, we are looking for a Managing Director China to be based in their factory in Shenyang. The MD China is responsible for all China, including the factory in Shenyang and trading company in Shanghai.

Requirements
· Degree in engineering with a major in electric, electronics, electromechanics or related. A degree in business administration could be nice to have, though not compulsory.
· At least 10-year experience in management roles with P&L accountabilities, ideally with international exposure as the future job holder will have direct contacts to German HQ and the international group network.
· At least 10-year proven track record as senior sales in business development and sales management including key account and contract management with electrical components (DC contactors or relays, power connectors, safety switches)
· Has a clear industrial and/or automotive background and robust track record in initiating and managing organizational restructuring projects (Entrepreneurial mindset)
· The candidate should be able to create a vision and design a winning business strategy to ensure consistent and sustainable growth in China.
· The position calls for strong people and project management experience paired with appropriate business acumen and cultural awareness.
· Engaged and pro-active people manager with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to get involved in details of both daily business and long-term strategy.
· Result-driven and performance-orientated manager able to manage change with precision and accuracy.
· Energetic, creative and solution oriented.
· Chinese at mother tongue level; Very good English (speaking, reading, writing).
Previous experience with German business culture would be beneficial, though not compulsory.
